摘  要:通过在镁碱沸石合成体系中引入NaF来研究F^-在镁碱沸石合成中对硅铝比、晶化时间、模板剂用量以及对产品形貌、比表面积、酸性的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线荧光衍射(XRF)、扫描电镜(SEM)、氮气吸附-脱附、氨气程序升温脱附(NH_3-TPD)对合成分子筛进行表征,结果表明:F^-的引入可以显著拓宽镁碱沸石的合成硅铝比范围,减少模板剂用量和大幅缩短晶化时间,并且使产品晶粒分布更加均匀,增加其比表面积、酸量和酸强度。The effect of F-on the SiO2/Al2O3 ratios,crystallization time and template agent in the synthesis of ferrierite and the effect of the morphology,surface area and acidity on the synthetic products were studied by introducing NaF in synthesis system of ferrierite. The products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction( XRD), X-ray Diffractomer-Spectrometer( XRF), Scanning Electron Microscopy( SEM),N2 adsorption/desorption,and temperature programmed desorption of ammonia( NH3-TPD). The results show that the introduction of F-can significantly expand SiO2/Al2O3 ratios,reduce the dosage of the template,shorten the crystallization time greatly,make the product particle distribute more uniform,increase its ratio surface area and acid amounts and strength.
