摘 要:采用滑移动网格、RNG k-ε流模型成功实现了基于转子转动过程的选粉机三维流场数值研究,在对选粉机常见动、静叶片充分的CFD理论研究基础上提出了全新N-U选粉机技术,以天津院TRMK5. 6立式辊磨试验系统为平台,采用动力相似原理,试验研究了N-U选粉机、O-Sepa选粉机在相同工况条件下的性能,最后得出N-U选粉机相对于传统O-Sepa选粉机在主机电耗、成品比表、颗粒级配等方面具有明显的技术优势,为水泥工业的节能降耗提供了一种良好的技术方案。Sliding dynamic mesh and RNG k-εturbulent model were adopted to numerically deal with the revolving process of classifier rotor and successfully simulate the 3D flow field in a classifier.Based on the adequate CFD numerical studies of classifier common vane and blades,a new N-U classifier technology was put forward.By using the TRMK5.6 vertical roller mill test system,dynamic similarity principle was adopted to test and research the performance differences of N-U and O-Sepa classifier on the basis of the same working condition.Finally,a conclusion drawn by test is that N-U classifier has the clear advantages over common O-Sepa classifier in the main motor power consumption,product specific area,product particle size distribution etc.,which provides a good technology scheme for the energy saving and consumption reducing of cement industry.
