关于建立信息系统联合需求生成机制的思考

摘　　要：在深入分析美军武器装备发展建设中发挥重要作用的联合能力集成与开发系统(JCIDS)基础上,针对信息系统特点和发展规律,探讨建立了一种信息系统联合需求生成方法体系架构,并提出通过实践改进完善信息系统联合需求生成的技术途径,旨在为建立信息系统联合需求生成机制提供参考。On the base of deeply analyzing the JCIDS which have being played important role in the U.S.development and construction of the weapons,countering the characteristics and laws of evolution of information systems,this paper explored and established a kind of system architecture of joint requirement generating approaches,and proposed the technical approachs to improve and perfect the generating of requirement of joint requirement by practising,in order to provide references for the establishment of the generating mechanism of the joint requiremnt on information system.
