摘 要:目前,模拟化、网络化训练是全军开展指挥对抗训练的主要方式,科学实时掌握通信系统的整体情况对于合成指挥员及时处置战场情况至关重要。为此,针对指挥对抗模拟训练中合成指挥员对于通信系统基础能力的需求,详细设计了通信兵力和通信装备模型的体系结构,然后基于幂指数法构建了通信系统基础能力模型,最后通过算例分析,验证了该模型的合理性。At present,simulation and network training are the main ways of conducting and counter training.Scientific and real-time grasp of overall situation of the communication system is essential for commander in combined operations to deal with the battlefield situation timely.In the paper,the architecture of signal force and communication equipment model is designed according to the demand basic capability of communications system proposed by commander in combined operations during command countermeasures simulated training for this reason.Basic capability model of communications system is constructed base on the Power Index Structure.In the last,the rationality of the model is verified though analysis of examples.
