摘　　要：火力准备与火力支援是登陆作战中重要的作战行动,通过分析影响其打击目标选择效益的主要因素,构建了基于作战意图、目标价值、作战主动性、行动可行性和资源耗费等的打击目标选择效益评估指标体系。基于多群体决策、模糊决策和AHP等方法,运用三角模糊数多指标群决策理论,定性与定量相结合,较好解决了登陆作战中打击目标选择效益评估问题。Based on analyzing the major factors which affect benefits of selecting a target in landing operations,this paper builds the index system to evaluate benefits of selecting a target made up of combat intentions,target value,operation initiative,action feasibility and used resources.This paper gives a way,named with multi-index group decision madding based on triangular fuzzy number,which is composed of theories of multi-group decision,fuzzy decision and AHP.This method combines quantitative and qualitative method,which offers a good solution for evaluating benefits of selecting target.
