整体全球化:“一带一路”的话语范式与创新路径--基于新世界主义视角的再阐释

摘　　要："一带一路"倡议是人类历史上第一次由发展中国家提出的全球治理方案,被国际社会普遍视为全球化范式的综合创新。"一带一路"根植于人类文明的整体性哲学,形成了开放包容的自组织演化过程、共商共建共享的差异协同原则、合作共赢的耦合性机制和共生共荣的整体优化效应,开创了整体全球化的新范式。作为一种理论构想与实践路径,"一带一路"打造整体全球化范式,超越了传统全球化框架下"中心论"的文明等级秩序、民族国家的地缘政治以及零和博弈的斗争哲学,在人类命运共同体的价值引领下,共同描绘属于全人类的新世界主义图景。The“Belt and Road Initiative”is the first global governance scheme proposed by the developing countries in human history,which is widely regarded by the international community as a comprehensive innovation of the globalization paradigm.The“Belt and Road Initiative,”deeply rooted in the holistic philosophy of human civilization,opens up a new model of holistic globalization with the open and inclusive characteristics of self-organization,the principle of co-construction and sharing by the coordination of differences,the coupling mechanism of win-win cooperation and the overall optimization effect of symbiotic prosperity.As a theoretical conception and practical path,the holistic globalization paradigm of the“Belt and Road Initiative”has historical transcendence,which transcends the world rank order of the“civilization-oriented theory,”the geopolitics of the national state and zero-sum game.The initiative builds up a win-win community of human destiny in order to depict a new cosmopolitan vision for all mankind.
