摘　　要：本文从赚取利差与汇差两个角度,系统梳理与深入分析近年来银企外汇套利的手法与案例;在此基础上,总结归纳银企外汇套利的基本特征,分析银企外汇套利造成的负面影响,并从加强外汇套利空间监测、打击非法外汇套利行为、提升银行真实性审核水平与推进利率汇率市场化改革等方面提出相关管理措施。Based on the daily practice of foreign exchange inspection,this paper systematically combs and deeply analyses the methods and cases of foreign exchange arbitrage between banks and enterprises in recent years from the perspectives of earning interest margin and foreign exchange margin.On this basis,it summarizes the basic characteristics of foreign exchange arbitrage between banks and enterprises,analyses the negative effects of foreign exchange arbitrage,and put forward relevant management measures such as strengthening monitoring,cracking down on illegal foreign exchange arbitrage,improving the level of bank authenticity auditing and promoting market-oriented reform of interest rate and exchange rate,etc.
