摘 要:旋转式非接触电能传输技术,基于电磁感应耦合定律,利用电力电子变换器和旋转变压器实现电能从静止端到旋转端非接触传输,从而取代导线、电刷和滑环,提高了供电的可靠性和安全性。针对以往罐式松耦合变压器在气隙较大的情况下耦合效果较差,提出了一种基于罐式变压器的改进结构,用串联(S拓扑)补偿系统提高能量传输效率。建立松耦合变压器的仿真模型,对新型松耦合变压器同罐形松耦合变压器进行对比分析。搭建实验平台,对新型松耦合变压器在大气隙条件下耦合效果进行验证。Based on the law of electromagnetic inductance coupling,the rotary non-contact power transmission technology uses power electronic converters and rotary transformers to achieve non-contact transmission of power from the static end to the rotating end,thus replacing the wire,brush,and slip ring and improving the reliability and security of power supply.Aiming at the problem that the coupling effect of the tank-type loose coupling transformer is poor in the case of large air gap,an improved structure based on the tank-type transformer is proposed,and the energy transmission efficiency is improved by the series(S topology)compensation system.A simulation model of loose coupling transformer is established,and the novel loose coupling transformer is compared with the tank-type loose coupling transformer.An experimental platform was constructed,and the coupling effect of the novel loose coupling transformer was validated under the condition of large air gap.
