摘 要:针对目前监测系统对输电线路交跨距离的测量结果准确性不高的问题,利用机器视觉软件和图像处理算法进行输电线路交跨距离在线监测系统设计。系统设计主体主要包括监测器和运动机构两大部分。系统运动机构能够以滚动的方式实现对交叉跨越长距离输电线路的位置调整、位置固定以及线路回收,系统监测器通过利用PCI总线控制电网输电线路图像的采集,将采集的输电线路图像存储到图像处理模块中经过机器视觉软件以及一系列图像处理算法,将图像处理结果打包、存储生成预警数据。系统软件部分包括输电线路交叉跨越距离终端监测上位机和输电线路交叉跨越距离计算与分析上位机两部分。前者是整个监测系统软件部分的核心,部署于整个系统的监控中心总服务器上,负责输电线路图像数据的统计、分析以及状态显示;后者则包含了输电线路交叉跨越距离从规划到铺设,再到检修保养过程中经常用到的计算以及分析功能。通过模拟实验结果分析证明了该系统的监测结果准确率较高。Since the current monitoring system has low accuracy in cross-span distance measurement results of power trans-mission lines,the machine vision software and image processing algorithm are used to design the cross-span distance online mon-itoring system of power transmission lines.The main body of the designed system includes two parts of the monitor and motion mechanism.The motion mechanism of the system can implement position adjustment,position fixing and line recovery of cross-span long-distance power transmission lines in a rolling manner.For the monitor of the system,the PCI bus is used to control the image acquisition for power transmission lines of the power grid.The collected power transmission line images are stored in the image processing module.The image processing results are packaged and stored to generate pre-warning data by using the machine vision software and a series of image processing algorithms.The software part of the system includes two parts of the ter-minal monitoring upper computer for cross-span distances of power transmission lines and the computation and analysis upper computer for cross-span distances of power transmission lines.The former,as the software part core of the entire monitoring sys-tem,is deployed on the master server for the monitoring center of the entire system,and is responsible for analysis and status display of image data statistics of power transmission lines.The latter includes the calculation and analysis functions often used in the process of planning,laying,repairing and maintenance for cross-span distances of power transmission lines.The results of the simulation experiment show that the monitoring results of the system are in high accuracy.
