摘 要:为应对分布式电源出力的随机性对主动配电网运行的影响,提出了一种自适应鲁棒优化方法来对系统进行有功-无功联合优化,以提高系统性能.首先,综合考虑各种离散和连续可调装置,建立基于Distflow潮流模型的主动配电网运行优化模型.然后,计及光伏出力随机性,采用自适应鲁棒优化方法处理该模型,并通过列与限制生成算法对此模型进行求解;为解决对偶问题中双线性项的非凸性,提出了一种改进的外近似算法.此外,将电池能量存储系统作为实时可控装置,应用于自适应鲁棒优化方法的第2阶段.最后,采用扩展的IEEE33节点和PG&E69节点系统进行仿真计算,并与确定性及储能只作为第1阶段可控装置的方法进行对比分析,验证了文中方法在提高系统运行能力方面的有效性和可靠性.Considering the influence of the randomness of the distributed power supply on the operation of the active distribution network(ADN),an adaptive robust optimization(ARO)method is proposed and combined with active and reactive power optimization for ADN to improve system performance.First of all,considering all kinds of discrete and continuous adjustable devices,an ADN operation optimization model based on Distflow power flow model is established;then,the ARO model is used to deal with the model in consideration of the randomness of the PV output and the column-and-constraint generation algorithm is used to deal with the model;an improved outer approximation algorithm is proposed to solve the dual problem of nonlinearity.In addition,the battery energy storage system(BESS)is used as the real-time controllable adjustment,and applied to the second stage of ARO method.Finally,the extended IEEE33-node and PG&E69-node system are used to perform the simulation calculation,the deterministic method and the method of the first stage control device used only as BESS are compared and analyzed,and the validity and reliability of the method of this paper which is used to improve the operation ability of ADN are thus verified.
