摘 要:结晶动力学能够揭示结晶过程本质,通过测定溶液中Ca2+浓度来确定硫酸钙晶须的转化率,从而确定硫酸钙晶须结晶动力学参数,得到转化率与时间的关系式:X=1/{1+e^[-10. 01977t(0. 0956-c)+1. 1188]},(0≤t≤6. 0)。研究了影响硫酸钙晶须结晶动力学的影响因素降温速率和陈化时间,利用SEM对制备的硫酸钙晶须进行表征。结果表明:自然冷却条件下,陈化时间6 h,制备出的硫酸钙晶须结晶发育完整,晶须平均长径比达到150,平均直径为2. 1μm。The crystallization kinetics can reveal the nature of the crystallization process.The conversion rate of the calcium sulfate whisker can be determined by measuring the Ca 2+concentration in the solution to determine the crystallization kinetic parameters of the calcium sulphate whisker,and the relationship between conversion rate and time can be obtained as X=1/{1+e^[-10.01977t(0.0956-c)+1.1188]},(0≤t≤6.0).The influencing factors of the crystallization kinetics of calcium sulphate whiskers were investigated,the rate of temperature drop and aging time,and the prepared calcium sulfate whiskers were characterized by SEM.The results showed that under natural cooling conditions,the crystals of calcium sulphate whiskers were completely developed after aging for 6 h,the average aspect ratio of whiskers reach 150,and the average diameter is 2.1μm.
