摘  要:以钛酸丁酯为钛源,在高能超声的辅助作用下,通过溶胶-凝胶法合成了纳米TiO_2光催化剂,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和紫外-可见光光度计(UV-Vis)等对光催剂进行检测与表征。结果表明:高能超声的空化作用细化了纳米TiO_2的显微结构,形成了分散有序的介孔结构。当超声频率为45 k Hz时,纳米TiO_2的晶粒尺寸约为12 nm,介孔孔道尺寸为10 nm,对有机污染物的有效降解率为92%。The nano TiO 2 photocatalyst was synthesized by sol-gel method with the assistance of high energy ultrasound and tetrabutyl titanate as the titanium source.The microstructure and properties of photocatalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),Ultraviolet-Visible(UV-Vis).The results show that the microstructure of nano TiO 2 is refined by the cavitation of high energy ultrasound,and the dispersed and ordered mesoporous structure is formed.When the ultrasonic frequency is 45 kHz,the size of the nanocrystalline TiO 2 is about 12 nm,the size of mesoporous channel is 10 nm,the effective degradation rate of the organic pollutants is 92%.
