基于扩展线性支出系统模型的京津冀城镇居民体育消费结构比较分析

摘　　要：以京津冀城镇居民为研究对象,采用文献资料和问卷调查等方法,通过扩展线性支出系统模型(ELES模型)对京津冀居民消费结构进行比较,并分析影响居民消费结构差异的因素,为京津冀区域协同发展战略背景下以需求为导向的体育消费市场整体发展提供建议。研究发现:收入水平仍是影响区际内体育消费结构的最重要因素,但不同地区由于各类资源上的差异,收入的影响效果不同;京津冀城镇居民在基本体育消费上存在差异,体育服装器械仍是天津和河北的主要基本消费内容,而北京最多的基本体育消费已经变成培训健身类消费;在边际消费倾向上,天津各项体育消费高于北京,北京高于河北,展现出天津城镇居民在体育消费上的巨大潜力。京津冀城镇居民体育消费结构差异的主要原因有体育消费主体上收入和体育闲暇时间差异,体育消费客体上消费内容趋同,体育消费环境上场地设施供给不足。并以此提出促进京津冀城镇居民体育消费结构的优化建议。Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei uban residents as the reseach object,by using the methods of literature and questionnaire suvey this paper compaes the consumption structure of residents in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei through ELES model and analyzes the factors affecting the difference of consumption structure.Under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional coordinated development strategy,this paper provides suggestions for the overall development of demand-oriented sports consumption marlcet.The results and conclusions of this paper ae as follows:Income level is still the most important factor affecting the structure of interregional sports consumption,but because of the differences in various re sources in different regions,the effect of income is different.There are differences in basic sports consumption among urban residents in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Sportswear and equipment are still the main basic consumption contents in Tianjin and Hebei,while in Beijing training and fitness consumption has become the most basic sports consumption.On the ma-ginal propensity to consume,the sports consumption in Tianjin is higher than that in Beijing,and Beijing is higher than that in Hebei.It shows the great potential of Tianjin,s uban residents in sports consumption.The main reasons for the difference of sports consumption structure among uban residents in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are as follows:There exists difference between income and sports leisure time in the main body of sports consumption;In sports consumption object,the contents of consumption converge;In sports consumption environment,the supply of venues and facilities is insuffi cient.And on this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the sports consumption structure of uban residents in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
