摘 要:通过文献资料、案例分析等研究方法,阐释了"省队校办"模式的内涵与理论依据,以南京工业大学女子垒球队为研究对象,分析了南工大"省队校办"模式的运行特征,并提出新时期省队校办模式的优化路径。研究认为,南工大女子垒球队的运行特征表现在:建立了协同共治的组织结构,形成了多级管理体系;有效整合了资金、教练资源,以制度保证垒球队的训练与竞赛;准确定位运动员角色,多种途径提升运动员的文化素养;重视人才梯队建设,建立了贯通"大中小学"的阶梯层级人才体系;以垒球为抓手,内外互动,建设运动友好校园。新时期省队校办模式的优化路径主要有:完善"省队校办"的顶层设计,强化"学生运动员"角色认知与行动,运动队办队定位多元化,促进多元效益达成以及建立学生运动员及关联工作人员的激励机制等。Through the reseach methods such as literature and case analysis,the paper explained the connotation and theo retical basis of the model of''province team held by universities”.Taking women,s softball team of Nanjing Tech University as the reseach object,it analyzed the operational features about aprovince team held by universities”model of NTU women’s softball team,and proposed the optimization paths of the provincial team school mode in the new era.The characteristics of the NTU women,s softball team are as follows:establishing the coordinated organizational structure and formatting a multi-level management system;integrating funds and coaching resources effectively and ensuring the training and competition of the softball team;positioning athletes’roles accurately and enhancing the cultural literacy of athletes in many ways;attaching importance to the construction of talent echelon and establishing a ladder-level talent system that links“primary school,secondary school and college”;taking softball as the starting point and building a sports friendly campus with internal and external interaction.The optimization paths of the“province team held by universities”mode in the new era are as follows:to perfect the top-level design of“province team held by universities”,o strengthen the role cognition and action of“student athletes”,to diversifythe orientation of sports teams,to promote the realization of multiple benefits,and to establish the incentive mechanism for students,athletes and related staff.
