基于城市建设发展视角的肇庆城区休闲空间演变分析

摘　　要：文章通过研究肇庆府城历代休闲空间的布局演变,结合城市休闲空间布局相关理论和对肇庆城市历史资料的梳理,把握肇庆的历史文化和城市建设现状,并结合最新的城市建设理念、休闲生态理念,提出空间优化的思路。肇庆是一座拥有悠久历史的古城,城市建设有一定的基础,同时伴随着城市的建设和演变,积累了大量休闲文化资源。对此,笔者建议肇庆在新一轮的城市建设中,首先要立足本土特色,大力挖掘本土历史人文特色,并大力发展休闲空间,打造集合商业性、文化性和休闲性于一体的现代都市空间。其次,要注意商业空间和公益空间的平衡,不能一味强调经济利益,牺牲民众的居住利益。最后,在城市发展的过程中要充分发挥肇庆旅游城市的优势,对城市休闲景观进行积极引导,以发展休闲旅游为动力进行旧城改造和新城建设,相信能够促进肇庆城市建设的升级,并形成新的城市经济增长点。This paper studies the layout evolution of leisure space in Zhaoqing Fucheng,combines the theory of urban leisure space layout and the historical data of Zhaoqing city,grasps the historical culture and urban construction status of Zhaoqing,and combines the latest urban construction concept and leisure ecology.Idea,put forward the idea of??space optimization.Zhaoqing is an ancient city with a long history.The city has a certain foundation.At the same time,along with the construction and evolution of the city,it has accumulated a large number of leisure cultural resources.In this regard,the author suggests that in the new round of urban construction,Zhaoqing should first base on local characteristics,vigorously tap the local historical and cultural characteristics,and vigorously develop leisure space to create a modern city that integrates commercial,cultural and leisure.space.Secondly,we must pay attention to the balance between commercial space and public welfare space.We must not blindly emphasize economic interests and sacrifice the people's living interests.Finally,in the process of urban development,we should give full play to the advantages of Zhaoqing tourism city,actively guide the urban leisure landscape,and develop the old city transformation and new city construction with the development of leisure tourism.It is believed that the promotion of Zhaoqing city construction can be promoted and formed.New urban economic growth point.
