摘　　要：近年来,优势明显的微商创业成为大学生最受欢迎的创业途径之一。但是,伴随互联网技术发展的新型网络诈骗的出现,大学生微商创业被骗或是误入传销的案例也屡见不鲜。笔者旨在通过温州大学生微商创业行为的研究,探讨如何正确对待微商创业新模式来实现大学生自主创业,为解决大学生就业难、创业难问题提出新思路。最后,为大学生微商创业行为提出切实的意见与改正措施,以保障大学生的合法权益。In recent years,the micro-business startup with obvious advantages has become one of the most popular entrepreneurial approaches for college students.However,with the emergence of new types of online fraud that has developed with the development of Internet technology,it is not uncommon for college students to be deceived or misdirected into pyramid schemes.Through the research of Wenzhou college students'micro-business entrepreneurship behavior,the author aims to explore how to correctly treat the new business model of micro-business to realize the self-employment of college students,and propose new ideas for solving the problem of college students'employment difficulties and entrepreneurship difficulties.Finally,put forward practical opinions and corrective measures for college students'micro-business entrepreneurship behavior to protect the legitimate rights and interests of college students.
