摘　　要：随着人们对商品需求的变化和电子商务的日趋成熟,跨境电子商务得到了快速发展,跨境电子商务平台也逐渐呈现寡头化,寡头跨境电商平台作为一种新型贸易中间商成为可能。本文首先基于跨境电子商务的现状阐述了跨境电子商务平台寡头化趋势产生的原因,从跨境电商平台作为新型贸易中间商的理论基础出发,探讨了跨境电子商务平台的发展策略。with the change of people’s demand for commodities and the maturation development of e-commerce,cross-border e-commerce has also get developed rapidly,and the platform of cross-border e-commerce has gradually become oligopolistic.Oligopolistic platform of cross-border e-commerce become possible as a new type of trade middleman.Firstly,based on the status quo of cross-border e-commerce,this paper explains the reasons for the oligopolization trend of the cross-border e-commerce platform;secondly,starting from the theoretical basis of the cross-border e-commerce platform as a new type of trade middleman,this paper reveals the dynamic mechanism of the rapid development of the cross-border e-commerce platform as the new type of trade middleman;thirdly,this paper puts forward the opportunity and restriction factors for the cross-border e-commerce platform to further play its role,and puts forward the development strategy of the cross-border e-commerce platform.
