摘 要:本文以国务院推进企业物流降本增效促进实体经济发展为制度背景,重点研究了区域性连锁超市的冷链物流成本控制。在此基础上,以苏果冷链物流为案例研究对象,通过对苏果冷链成本控制的现状分析发现:苏果冷链在外部供应链环节、仓储环节和运输环节的成本控制方面存在诸多不足,因此管理成本、仓储成本和运输成本成为冷链成本控制的重点。基于此,本文从苏果冷链的三个不同环节出发,全方位、多角度地提出成本控制的优化措施,以达到降低苏果超市冷链物流成本的目的。This paper focuses on the cold chain logistics cost control of regional supermarket chains by promoting the development of enterprise logistics and promoting the development of the real economy.On this basis,taking Suguo cold chain logistics as the case study object,through the analysis of the current situation of Suguo cold chain cost control,it is found that there are many cost control aspects of Suguo cold chain in the external supply chain,storage and transportation links.Insufficient,so that management costs,storage costs and transportation costs become the focus of cold chain cost control.Based on this,this paper starts from three different links of Suguo cold chain,and proposes cost control optimization measures from all angles and angles to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of cold chain logistics in Suguo supermarket.
