摘　　要：本文通过走访和调研,总结出当前高校数字档案信息服务的现状,分析出服务工作开展中存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出了改进对策,对拓展多渠道服务方式和提高服务工作高效率具有积极意义。Through field studies and investigations, the current status of digital archives information services in colleges and universities is summarized, the problems existing in the development ofservice work are analyzed, and countermeasuresfor improving and perfecting problems are proposed. The study has wide implications for improving the development of digital archives informationservices in colleges and universities,the extensionof a multi-channel way of service and its efficiency.
