摘 要:针对测试线圈用于四相开关磁阻电机(SRM)转子位置检测时互感对角度估算的影响,提出一种转子位置检测方法。首先分析相绕组对测试线圈的互感、测试线圈之间的互感对测试线圈电感不对称性的影响以及对基于测试线圈电感对称性进行位置解码的特征值交截法和阈值比较法的影响。在此基础上提出电机起动阶段采用两相测试线圈初始定位,起动后采用单相测试线圈进行四相SRM转子位置检测的工作原理,该方法可以有效消除测试线圈间互感对位置检测精度的影响。最后通过仿真和实验进行验证,证明了所提方法的正确性和可行性。Considering the influence of mutual inductance on the position estimation of the four phase switched reluctance motor using searching coils,a rotor position estimation method is proposed in this paper.At first,the mutual inductance between phase windings and searching coils,the mutual inductance between searching coils are discussed.Thus the position estimation error of the eigenvalue intercepting method and the threshold comparison method caused by mutual inductance are analyzed.On this basis,it is proposed that two searching coils are used to realize initial positioning and start the SRM,and the single searching coil is used to detect the position of the four phase SRM rotor after starting.The proposed method can effectively eliminate the influence of the mutual inductance between searching coils and improve position estimation precision.Finally,simulations and experiments verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
