摘  要:针对某铁矿生产中矿石损失贫化严重的问题,以该铁矿为工程背景,通过室内相似材料放矿模拟试验,测得了其矿岩散体流动参数和沿进路方向放出体形态,得到了不同崩矿步距下矿石的贫损指标。试验结果表明,当崩矿步距为3.7~4.2m时,矿石贫损指标好。然后通过对不同崩矿步距的进路进行现场出矿跟班标定,统计了各出矿口矿石放出量及废石混入情况,结果表明,放出体高度一定时,崩矿步距越大,放出体形态越小,放矿截止时间推迟,可回收更多矿石。故推荐该铁矿崩步距优化值为4 m(2m+2m),矿山可取得较好的贫损指标。Aiming at a serious problem of ore loss and dilution in one iron mine during its production,with the background of the iron mine,a similar material model test in laboratory was conducted.Then the parameters of ore-rock particle flow and the section shape of draw bodies were gained,and the indexes of ore loss and dilution among different advance of ore breaking were gained as well.The tests results have showed that the indexes are to be optimal when the independent advance of ore breaking ranges from 3.7 m to 4.2 m.Next,followed tracks were applied to ore-drawing-hole under different advance of ore breaking.According to the statistics of ore drawing amount as well as waste rock dilution,it was concluded that,when the height of draw body is constant,the larger the independent advance of ore breaking,the smaller the shape of draw body,the later the deadline for ore drawing,and the iron ore will be recovered,so this paper recommends that the optimum of independent advance of ore breaking in the iron mine is 4 m(2 m+2 m),and the mine can obtain better indexes of ore loss and dilution.
