摘  要:基于IEC公布的IEC 60870-5-104协议,研究嵌入新一代智能电网调度控制系统中的在线设置区切换、软板切换和设置修改。与传统方法相比,新设计的系统着重防止误操作,优化数据合理性和规范操作流程,显著提高了远程操作的可靠性和准确性。实践证明,该系统的应用极大地节省了日常维护成本,提高了工作效率,降低了潜在安全风险。The online setting area switching,relay board switching and setting modification embedded in the new generation smart grid dispatching control system based on the IEC 60870-5-104 protocol published by IEC were studied.Compared with the traditional method,the newly designed system which improved the reliability and accuracy of remote operations significantly focused on misoperations prevention,data rationality optimization and standardard operation procedures.Practice proved that the application of this system greatly saved routine maintenance costs,improved work efficiency and reduced potential safety risks.
