摘　　要：基于SF_6气体净化处理系统工作流程、吸附剂再生流程存在的问题,设计一种吸附剂在线再生装置。该装置不但能保证净化处理系统的气密性,缩短吸附剂再生周期,还能避免加热管、吸附剂损坏,确保吸附塔腔体内的温度均匀分布,实现吸附剂的循环再利用。Aiming at the problems in working process of SF 6 gas purification treatment system and the regeneration process of adsorbents,an on-line adsorbent regeneration device was designed.This device could not only ensure the air tightness of the purification system and shorten the regeneration period of the adsorbent,but also avoid the damage of heating tube and adsorbent and ensure the uniform temperature distribution in the adsorption tower.The recycling of adsorbent was achieved.
