摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加黄芪多糖、丁酸梭菌及其复合剂对蛋雏鸭免疫性能、抗氧化性能以及肠道形态的影响。选取1日龄健康绍兴公鸭600只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸭。Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ~Ⅴ组分别在基础饲粮的基础上添加40 mg/kg的杆菌肽锌(抗生素组)、800 mg/kg的黄芪多糖、250 mg/kg的丁酸梭菌以及800 mg/kg的黄芪多糖+250 mg/kg的丁酸梭菌的复合剂。试验期为28 d。结果表明:1)Ⅴ组的血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05),Ⅴ组的血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)及补体3(C3)、补体4(C4)的含量高于其他各组(P>0.05)。2)Ⅴ组的胸腺指数和脾脏指数均显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅴ组的法氏囊指数与其他各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组的血清和肝脏中的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),血清和肝脏中的总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅳ组的血清和肝脏中的丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。4)Ⅴ组的十二指肠、空肠和回肠的隐窝深度显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅴ组的空肠和回肠的绒毛高度/隐窝深度值显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加黄芪多糖和丁酸梭菌复合剂比单独添加黄芪多糖或丁酸梭菌能更好地提高蛋雏鸭的免疫性能、抗氧化性能,改善肠道绒毛形态。This experiment was designed to investigate the effects of Astragalus polysaccharides,Clostridium butyricum and their compound agent on immune function,antioxidant ability and intestinal morphology of laying ducklings.A total of 600 one-day-old healthy Shaoxing male ducklings were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 20 ducklings per replicate.Ducklings in the groupⅠ(control group)were fed a basal diet,while others in groupsⅡtoⅤwere fed the basal diet supplemented with 40 mg/kg Bacitracin(antibiotic group),800 mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharides,250 mg/kg Clostridium butyricum and 800 mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharides+250 mg/kg Clostridium butyricum,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:1)the serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)content in groupⅤwas significantly higher than that groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅣ(P<0.05).The contents of immunoglobulin G(IgG),complement 3(C3)and complement 4(C4)in serum in groupⅤwere higher than those in other groups(P>0.05).2)The thymus index and spleen index in groupⅤwere significantly higher than those in groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05),the bursa of Fabricius index in groupⅤhad no significant different compared with other groups(P>0.05).3)The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in serum and liver in groupsⅢ,ⅣandⅤwas significantly higher than that in groupⅠ(P<0.05),and the activities of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in serum and liver in groupsⅢ,ⅣandⅤwere significantly higher than those in groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05),the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum and liver in groupⅣwas significantly lower than that in groupⅠ(P<0.05).4)The crypt depth in duodenum,jejunum and ileum in groupⅤwas significantly lower than that in groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05),the villous height to crypt depth value in jejunum and ileum was significantly higher than that in groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05).It is concluded that the addition of Astragalus polysaccharides and Clostridium butyricum in diets can improve the immune f
