摘 要:某氧化铜矿石氧化率高达59.14%,其中的硫化铜以次生为主,难以选别。采用一粗—三精—三扫浮选流程,先选硫化铜后选氧化铜,药剂制度复杂,难以管理,选别指标较低,铜回收率仅80.25%,且矿石中的金没有得到有效回收。研究了采用硫化浮选工艺分选矿石,获得铜金混合精矿,其中铜品位19.27%,铜回收率89.32%,金品位58.64g/t,金回收率86.11%。分选指标较为理想。The copper oxide ore with oxidation ratio of 59.14%and secondary copper sulfide minerals is difficult to beneficiate.The process of one roughing-three cleaning-three scavenging for the ore has complex reagents system and recovery rate of only 80.25%.The gold in the ore has not been effectively recovered too.The sulfide flotation process is examined to improve selection indexes.The results show that the copper-gold mixed concentrate with a grade of 19.27%copper and 58.64 g/t glod is recovered,the recovery rate are 89.32%for copper and 86.11%for gold,respectively.The indicator is nearly ideal.
