摘 要:研究了采用HDEHP萃取—碳酸钠三相分离反萃取技术从高浓度硫酸体系中分离铀与铁,考察了铁萃取量、铁沉淀物粒度控制方法,铁沉淀物的收集及排放方法,并对试验所得沉淀物进行了表征,同时进行了萃取与反萃取台架验证试验。结果表明:采用HDEHP萃取—碳酸钠三相分离反萃取技术可以从高浓度硫酸体系中分离铀与铁;铁萃取率为1.05%,反萃取液中铀质量浓度为32.61/L、铁质量浓度为0.279g/L,反萃取后贫有机相中铀质量浓度为0.01g/L;反萃取过程中,三相分离效果较好,所得沉淀物为非晶态铁(氢)氧化物,沉降过滤性能良好。The separation of uranium and iron from high concentration sulfuric acid solution was researched by the process of solvent extraction using HDEHP as extractant and three phases stripping using Na 2 CO 3 solution.The control methods for iron extraction and precipitation particle size,iron precipitate collection and discharge methods were examined.And the precipitate was characterized,a bench test was carried on.The results show that by the process,uranium in high concentrate sulfuric acid solution can be separated from iron.The extraction rate of iron is only 1.05%.In the stripped solution,the concentration of uranium and iron are 32.61/L and 0.279 g/L,respectively.The uranium concentration in barren organic phase is 0.01 g/L.During stripping process,the three phases are well separated.The precipitate is amorphous iron oxide or iron hydroxide which has good subsidence and filtration performance.
