摘  要:研究了以酒石酸钠为配合剂,采用离子交换膜电渗析法从不锈钢酸洗废水中去除重金属镍铬离子,考察了电渗析时间、阴极室酒石酸钠浓度和pH、极板间距、电流密度等因素对镍、铬离子去除率的影响。试验结果表明:采用双膜三室电渗析槽进行电渗析,以石墨板为阳极、不锈钢板为阴极,在极板间距15cm、阴极室酒石酸钠浓度0.24mol/L、初始电流密度273 A/m2条件下,电渗析12h后,废水中总铬离子质量浓度从150mg/L降至0.910mg/L,总镍质量浓度从100mg/L降低至0.326mg/L,处理后废水中镍铬离子质量浓度均符合《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的要求。The removal of nickel and chromium from stainless steel pickling wastewater using ion exchange membrane by electrodialysis using disodium tartrate as complexing agent was investigated.The effects of the electrodialysis time,disodium tartrate concentration and solution pH in the cathodic cell,distance between the electrodes and current density on removing of nickel and chromium were examined.The results show that using electrodialysis device with double membranes and three cells,the concentration of chromium and nickel can be decreased from 150 mg/L to 0.910 mg/L and 100 mg/L to 0.326 mg/L,respectively,under the conditions of the distance between the electrodes of 15 cm,initial current density of 273 A/m 2,electrodialysis time of 12 h,using graphite as anode and stainless steel as cathode.After treating,the concentration of nickel and chromium in the wastewater accords with the requirement of integrated wastewater discharge standard.
