摘  要:目的:建立"K粉"检材中氯胺酮的反相高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用C18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),以乙腈:0.03mol.L-1乙酸铵溶液(70:30)为流动相,用磷酸调PH至3.0,流速0.8mL.min-1,检测波长为220nm,柱温30°,进样量5μL。结果:盐酸氯胺酮在0.04~0.80mg.mL-1呈良好线性关系(R2=1),最小检测限为0.005μg.mL-1,平均回收率均在99.3%~101.1%之间,RSD均小于2%。结论该研究所建立的方法操作简单、结果准确,可用于测定"K粉"检材中氯胺酮的含量。The objective is to establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of ketamine in"K powder"samples.The method is performing the determination on C18 column(4.6×250mm,5μm),with acetonitrile and 0.03mol.L-1 ammonium acetate solution(70:30)as the mobile phase,pH was 3.0 with phosphoric acid,the flow rate was 0.8mL.min-1,and the detection wavelength was 220nm,column temperature:30°,injection volume was 5μL.The results are that the ketamine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.04-0.80 mg.mL-1(R2=1),the minimum detection limit was 0.005μg.mL-1,and the average recovery was between 99.3%and 101.1%.RSD is within 2%.The conclusion is that the method established by the institute is simple and accurate,and can be used to determine the content of ketamine in the"K powder"samples.
