摘 要:为使得10 kV分界开关控制器可靠动作隔离故障,文中设计的分界开关控制器在硬件采样和计算上的CPU采用高性能微芯处理器DSP和电能质量计量芯片MCP3903,结合以ARM9200为上层管理处理,软件采用了具有工程实用性的TDFT非同步采样测量方法。分界开关控制器采用小电流接地首半波法算法,按零序电压、零序电流、无功功率方向判断接地故障。分界开关控制器与主站通过4G网络与各个分界开关控制器通讯,对分界开关控制器进行管理维护,便于数据管理。实验结果表明,该设计在分界用户故障判断和隔离方面准确可靠。The boundary switch controller based on the high performance DSP processing and the quality of electric energy metering chip MCP3903 in the hardware sampling and calculation on CPU combined with ARM9200 as upper management processing,its software adopts a practical TDFT asynchronous sampling measurement method for the 10 kV boundary switch controller reliability fault isolation.The boundary switch controller adopts the first half wave method of small current grounding,and the ground fault is judged according to zero-sequence voltage,zero-sequence current and reactive power direction.The boundary switch controller and main station communicate with each boundary switch controller through the 4G network,and management and maintenance of the boundary switch controller is convenient for data management.The experimental results show that the design is accurate and reliable in judging and isolating user faults.
