摘  要:储能电池广泛应用使其对充电设备的要求不断提升,可适用于不同规模储能电池组的充电机将迎来新的挑战。考虑到不同型号、不同规模电池组的充电需求,对现有充电电路的优缺点进行了归纳,提出了适用于不同规模、可串并联使用的模块化双级型充电机设计思路,设计了基于两级串联Buck拓扑的充电机,利用PSCAD搭建仿真并制作样机,进行了理论仿真以及实验验证。实验结果表明,该充电机输出电压、电流纹波率小,输出电压精准度高,对输入电源稳定性要求低,对器件性能要求低。The wide application of energy storage battery makes it more and more demanding for charging equipment.The charger suitable for battery pack with different scales will usher in new challenges.Taking into account the charging requirements of different types and sizes of battery packs,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing charging circuits are summarized,and a design idea of a modular two-stage charger suitable for different scales and series-parallel applications is proposed in this paper.The charger based on two-stage series Buck topology is designed,the simulation is built by PSCAD and the prototype is made,and the theoretical simulation and experimental verification are carried out.The experimental results show that the charger output voltage and output current ripple rate is small,the output voltage accuracy is high,the stability of the input power requirements are low,and the performance requirements of the device is low.
