摘 要:鉴于传统电缆外护层接地电流监测仪主要是在实验室对比环境下校准的,未考虑现场环境中存在背景渗出电流的干扰,设计了一种基于磁平衡式霍尔原理和消隐输入标准信号的在线校准方法。通过在线校准方法消除了背景渗出电流对校准过程的影响,提高了测量数据的准确性和可靠性。在阐述一种电缆外护层接地电流计量标准装置及设计原理的基础上,对监测仪校准结果的不确定度进行详细的评定,基于监测仪的工作原理和测试方法,通过量值传递法,验证了校准结果的可信度和不确定度的合理性。In view of the calibration process of the traditional cable outer layer grounding current monitor,which is mainly in the laboratory contrast environment,without considering the interference of background leakage current in the field environment,a zero-flux principle and post-vacuation injection standard are designed.An online calibration method that combines signals.The online calibration method eliminates the influence of background leakage current on the calibration process and improves the accuracy and reliability of the measurement data.Based on the description of a cable grounding current measurement standard device and design principle of the cable outer sheath,the uncertainty of the calibration result of the monitor is analyzed and evaluated in detail.Based on the working principle and test method of the monitor,the comparison method is adopted.The reliability and uncertainty of the calibration results are verified.
