摘 要:为探讨非金属夹杂物对软磁合金的影响,对比分析了国内外不同产地合金带中的非金属夹杂物,利用Fact Sage软件结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)对合金熔炼中可能生成的MnO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-MgO系非金属夹杂物进行了研究。结果表明,合金带中主要的非金属夹杂物为Al_2O_3、MgAl_2O_4、MnAl_2O_4等。合金中夹杂物主要尺寸为1~5μm,其比例最高达85. 56%;国内样品中小于1μm的镁铝尖晶石类非金属夹杂物较多,最高占到46%,其所占比例增加时合金磁性能显著降低。In order to explore the effect of non-metallic inclusions on soft magnetic property for 1J85 alloy,the non-metallic inclusions in different alloy belts at home and abroad were compared and analyzed.The potential non-metallic inclusions of MnO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO system in 1J85 soft magnetic alloy production were investigated using FactSage software combined with scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy spectrum analysis(EDS).The results show that the main non-metallic inclusions in 1J85 alloy include Al2O3,MgAl2O4 and MnAl2O4 and so on..The major sizes of inclusions in 1J85 alloy are 1-5μm,the proportion of which is up to 85.56%.Among the domestic samples,there are more non-metallic inclusions of magnesium-aluminum spinel less than 1μm,the highest proportion is 46%,and the alloy magnetic properties are significantly reduced when its proportion increases.
