小儿颌颈部烧伤的急救及其护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿颌颈部烧伤的急救与护理措施,观察相应的临床效果。方法:39例小儿颌颈部烧伤患者被选入本次研究,均为在本院就诊的患儿。结果:经积极急救与护理,39例患儿中,评估为显效、有效、无效的患儿分别为28例、9例、2例,总有效率94.87%。结论:对小儿颌颈部烧伤患者实施及时有效的急救与同步护理可获得理想的临床效果。objective:to explore the first aid and nursing measures for children with maxillofacial and neck burns,and to observe the corresponding clinical effects.Methods:39 children with burn of jaw and neck were selected for this study,all of them were children in our hospital.Result:Among the 39 cases,28 cases,9 cases and 2 cases were evaluated as effective,effective and ineffective,the total effective rate was 94.87%after active first aid and nursing.Conclusion:The ideal clinical effect can be obtained for the timely and effective first aid and synchronous nursing of children with maxillofacial and neck burns.
