摘 要:利用Li-COR6400便携式光合作用测定系统对九管血的光合速率日变化进行研究。结果表明:九管血叶片净光合速率日变化呈单峰曲线,其峰值出现在12:00。相关分析和回归分析表明,九管血光合速率的主要影响因子为大气温度。九管血叶片光能利用率和水分利用效率随着光合有效辐射的增强而降低,说明九管血对弱光的利用能力较强。The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of Ardisia brevicaulis Diels and its eco-physiological factors was investigated by using Li-COR portable photosynthesis system.The results showed as following:The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of A.brevicaulis Diels in sunny day varied with single peak curve,and the peaks occurred at 12:00.Correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that the dominantly influencing factor of net photosynthetic rate of A.brevicaulis Diels was atmospheric temperatures(Ta).Light use efficiency(LUE)and water use efficiency(WUE)were decreased with the increase of photosynthetically active radiation(PAR),which indicated that A.brevicaulis Diels has rather greater potential to utilize poor light.
