摘  要:以白及成熟果实的种子为研究对象,采用基质播种和试管培养的方式,开展种子萌发与幼苗形成过程的微形态研究。结果表明,脱离母体的白及原胚种子具无休眠和非共生萌发的特性;培养条件下萌发率和成苗率分别高于直播育苗的22. 14%和57. 05%。白及种子萌发、幼苗形成与生长发育过程表述为5个阶段:种子原胚—原球茎—幼苗—假鳞茎苗—小块茎丛生苗;原球茎或球形或棒状体,但未观察到根状茎或分枝状的原球茎。研究结果可以为白及种子萌发与幼苗建成提供形态学资料。In order to establish the breeding morphological data of Bletilla striata,the seeds of mature fruits were used in the micromorphological study of seed germination and seedling growth by the ways of test tube culture on media and direct-seeding on matrix.The results showed that the seeds(proembryonic)of B.striata had the characteristics of no dormancy and easy germination;the germination rate and seedling rate in cultural condition were higher than that of direct-seeding by22.14%and57.05%respectively.The process of seed germination and seedling development of B.striata can be expressed in five stages:seed proembryo,protocorm,seedling,pseudobulb forming and tubercle differentiation.In addition,there were differences in the morphology and differentiation of protocorms;but no rhizome was observed.The results might provide morphological data for seed germination,protocorm differentiation and seedling growth of B.striata.
