摘  要:目的:有效控制伸筋片中主要原料马钱子中毒性成分的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,Agilent TC C_(18)(4.6×250mm,5μm)、Diamonsil C_(18)(250×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱测定,以乙腈-0.01mol/L庚烷磺酸钠与0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾等量混合溶液(用10%磷酸调节pH值至2.8)(21:79)为流动相;检测波长为260nm;流速为1.0ml/min。结果:番木鳖碱在0.09188μg~0.45940μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9998;马钱子碱在0.07656μg~0.38280μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9990;番木鳖碱平均回收率为99.56%、RSD为0.74%,马钱子碱平均回收率为99.14%、RSD为1.18%。结论:新的检测方法,可靠、简单、准确、专属性强,能够大大提高检测效率,有效控制马钱子毒性,方法可行性强。Objective:To effective control the toxic composition content of Strychni semen in Shenjin Tablets.The content of effective control and the main raw material Strychni semen in Shenjin Tablets toxicanlt composition.Method:Using the HPLC method,Chromatographic analysis was performed on an Agilent TC C18(4.6×250mm,5μm),Diamonsil C18(250×4.6mm,5μm);Acetonitrile-0.01mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate and 0.02mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate mixture solution(pH adjusted to 2.8 with 10% phosphoric acid)(21:79)as mobile phase;The detection wavelength is 260nm.The flow rate is 1.0ml/min.Result:Strychnine has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.09188μg to 0.45940μg,with the Correlation coefficient r=0.9998;Brucine in 0.07656μg to 0.38280μg range a good linear relationship,with the Correlation coefficient r=0.9990;The average recovery rate of strychnine was 99.56% and RSD was 0.74%,as Brucine average recovery rate was 99.14% and RSD 1.18%.Conclusion:The new detection method is reliable,simple,accurate and reproducible,which can greatly improve the detection efficiency,effectively regulate the Strychnos toxicity.feasible method.The method is very feasible.
