中重度甲状腺相关眼病激素冲击联合放疗远期效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨中重度甲状腺相关眼病单纯激素冲击及激素冲击联合放疗的远期效果。方法:选取2015年5月～2018年5月在本院接受甲状腺相关眼病治疗的患者100例,采用随机抽签的方法将患者分为对照组及观察组各50例。对照组激素冲击治疗,观察组联合放疗。通过远期随访观察疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗后眼部症状的改善情况明显优于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过激素冲击联合放疗治疗中重度甲状腺相关眼病,患者临床症状改善,不良反应发生率降低,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the long-term effects of simple hormone shock and hormone shock combined with radiotherapy for moderate to severe thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy.Methods:a total of100patients who received thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy treatment in our hospital from May2015to May2018were selected,and the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group of50patients by random lottery.The control group was treated with hormone shock and the observation group was treated with radiotherapy.Efficacy was observed through long-term follow-up.Results:the improvement of eye symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment of moderate to severe thyroid-associated eye disease by hormone shock combined with radiotherapy can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
