摘　　要：本文介绍了Ku波段T/R组件系统的整体设计方案,简要分析了Ku波段TR分量的各项指标。并设计了Ku波段TR组件的系统框图。结合TR系统框图和分配指标,本地振荡器基于对源和锁相环的整体分析,该软件用于模拟环路并得出结论。This paper introduces the design method of Ku-band T/R components,and briefly analyzes the indicators of Ku-band TR components.Based on this,the system block diagram of Ku-band TR components is designed.Combined with TR system block diagram and assigned indicators,the local oscillator Based on the overall analysis of the source and the phase-locked loop,the software was used to simulate the loop and the conclusion was reached.
