摘 要:针对高速公路路网多事故点与多救援点的应急资源派遣问题,应对交通事件引发救援路径拥挤状态变化,提出一种考虑救援路径拥挤状态的交通应急资源派遣方法.应用垂直排队假设,定义救援路径行程时间为自由流行程时间与排队延误时间之和,将排队部分平移至路段下游尾部,把非排队路段和排队路段看成2段连续路段,重新估计救援路径行程时间,改进高速公路路网交通应急资源派遣模型.河南省高速公路区域路网交通应急资源派遣示例表明:改进模型重新估计行程时间以反映救援路径拥挤状态,采用遗传算法优化求解,使得总救援行程时间相比传统模型减少16. 5%,对于解决多事故点与多救援点的应急资源派遣问题起到了优化作用.Aiming at the problem of emergency resource dispatching of multiple accident points and multiple rescue points in a freeway network,a dispatching method for traffic emergency resource considering the congestion state of the rescue route is proposed to deal with the change of the congestion state caused by traffic incidents.The vertical queuing assumption is applied.The rescue path travel time is defined as the sum of the free flow travel time and the queuing delay time.The queuing part is shifted to the downstream end of the road segment.The non-queued road segment and the queuing road segment are regarded as two consecutive sections.The rescue path travel time is re-estimated.The resource dispatch model for freeway road network traffic emergency is improved.The example of dispatching traffic emergency resources for freeways in Henan Province shows that the improved model re-estimates the travel time to reflect the congestion state of the rescue path.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the solution.Compared with the traditional model,the total rescue travel time of the improved model decreases by 16.5%.The emergency resource dispatch plan of multiple accident points and multiple rescue points is optimized.
