摘 要:提出了一种新型聚磁式永磁涡流耦合器(FCPM-ECC),通过在永磁转子内设置磁障以减少漏磁、增强聚磁效应,从而提高永磁体利用率和耦合器的输出转矩.基于等效磁路法(MEC)建立了FCPM-ECC的解析模型,在此基础上推导其涡流和电磁转矩表达式,并通过3D有限元法(FEA)验证了解析模型的准确性.此外,研究了永磁体极数、永磁体厚度、永磁内转子铁芯厚度和磁障尺寸等参数变化对FCPM-ECC转矩提升程度的影响,并总结了不同永磁体厚度下磁障尺寸参数选取的一般规律.研究表明,所提出的新型聚磁式结构可以显著减小永磁体的漏磁,进而提高耦合器的输出转矩.与传统内置永磁式涡流耦合器(IPM-ECC)相比,在永磁体用量相等的情况下,采用该聚磁式结构可将输出转矩提升17. 1%.A novel flux concentrated permanent magnet eddy current coupler(FCPM-ECC)is proposed.The flux concentrated effect is enhanced by inserting flux barriers in the PM-side rotor core,which reduces the magnetic flux leakage,thereby promoting the PM utilization and the output torque simultaneously.The analytical model of FCPM-ECC was established by the magnetic equivalent circuit method(MEC),and then the formulas of eddy current and output torque were derived.The accuracy of the analytical model was verified by 3D finite element analysis(FEA).In addition,the influences of the structural parameters on the torque improvement,including PM number,PM thickness,inner rotor thickness and flux barrier sizes,were analyzed,and the general rules of flux barrier sizes selection under different thickness of PM were summarized.The results indicate that the magnetic flux leakage of the proposed structure can be reduced,which improves the output toque of the coupler.At the same consumption of the PM material,the output torque using FCPM-ECC increases by up to 17.1%compared with the conventional interior permanent magnet eddy current coupler(IPM-ECC).
