摘  要:目的建立RP-HPLC法同时测定平消片(枳壳、郁金、仙鹤草等)中3种成分的含有量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Thermo C18色谱柱(5μm,4. 6 mm×250 mm);流动相乙腈-0. 01%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1. 0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长283 nm。结果柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷分别在45. 0~734. 4μg/mL (r=0. 999 7)、2. 71~43. 36μg/mL (r=0. 999 7)、25. 02~400. 4μg/mL (r=0. 999 9)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为96. 33%(RSD=1. 8%)、97. 63%(RSD=1. 8%)、96. 79%(RSD=1. 8%)。结论该方法简便可靠,重复性好,可用于平消片的质量控制。AIM To establish an RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of three constituents in Pingxiao Tablets(Aurantii Fructus,Curcumae Radix,Agrimoniae Herba,etc.). METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Thermo C18 column(5 μm,4. 6 mm ×250 mm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0. 01% phosphrous acid flowing at 1. 0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 283 nm. RESULTS Naringin,hesperidin and neohespridin showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 45-734. 4 μg/mL(r = 0. 999 7),2. 71-43. 36 μg/mL(r = 0. 999 7) and 25. 02-400. 4 μg/mL(r = 0. 999 9),whose average recoveries were 96. 33%(RSD = 1. 8%),97. 63%(RSD = 1. 8%) and 96. 79%(RSD = 1. 8%),respectively. CONCLUSION This simple,reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Pingxiao Tablets.
