摘 要:目的建立当归Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels和欧当归Levisticum officinale Koch的定性与定量鉴别方法。方法利用基原、性状、显微、理化等鉴别方法对当归与欧当归的药材与饮片进行定性和定量分析。结果当归和欧当归在性状特征与显微特征上均有明显的差异,其中欧当归木质部较当归发达,当归的皮层细胞列数、油室及导管的数量较欧当归多; HPLC测定当归中藁本内酯含有量大于欧当归。结论 4种鉴别方法为区分当归和欧当归提供了数据参考。AIM To establish an identification method of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.) Diels and Levisticum officinale Koch. METHODS The aspects of source,property,microstructure,chemical and physical property identification were adopted to do the qualitative and quantitative research of the two kinds of materials. RESULTS There were significant differences in pharmacognostic identification and microscopic identification between A. sinensis and L. officinalis. The xylem of L. officinalis was more developed than A. sinensis. The number of columns of cortical cells,number and distribution of oil room and vessel of A. sinensis were higher than those of L. officinalis.The content of ligustilide in A. sinensis was higher than it in L. officinalis by HPLC determined.CONCLUSION The four methods can provide reference for the identification of the source of A. sinensis.
