摘  要:目的探讨直接数字化X线摄影(DDR)技术检查及诊断尘肺病的应用价值。方法选择某企业职工650名,均进行DDR胸片和高千伏X线胸片拍摄,比较DDR胸片与高千伏X线胸片的质量及对尘肺病诊断的一致性。结果 DDR胸片质量优于高千伏X射线胸片(P <0. 05);两种胸片的诊断结果实际一致率=0. 872,Kappa=0. 549;两种胸片在显示尘肺大、小阴影方面具有较好的一致性,但DDR胸片较高千伏X射线胸片显示更清晰。结论 DDR胸片与高千伏X线胸片的诊断结果具有较好的一致性,但DDR胸片较高千伏X射线胸片显示更清晰、质量更好,值得在尘肺病检查与分期诊断中推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of direct digital radiography(DDR)technology in the detection and diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.Methods A total of650workers from an enterprise were selected to undergo chest DRR and chest high-kilovolt X-ray radiography.Then the radiograph quality and consistency of DRR and high-kilovolt X-ray radiography in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis were compared.Results DRR was superior to high-kilovolt X-ray radiography in the quality of chest radiograph(P<0.05);the actual coincidence rate of the diagnostic results of the two chest radiography technologies was0.872,the Kappa value was0.549;the two chest radiography technologies showed a good consistency for large or small shadow of pneumoconiosis,but chest DRR provided much clearer radiographs than high-kilovolt X-ray radiography.Conclusion Chest DRR and chest high-kilovolt X-ray radiography have a good consistency in the diagnostic results.However,chest DDR achieves much clearer radiographs with better quality than chest high-kilovolt X-ray radiography,and it is worthy of promotion and application in the detection and staging diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.
