摘　　要：十三五期末,国家要求脱贫攻坚中重点内容就是农村危房的消除,主要通过第三方鉴定单位的入户筛查,统计出存量危房的数量和情况,再根据各地市实际情况进行危房改造。阐述了危房鉴定的主要工作流程和鉴定依据,对鉴定工作中可能出现的情况进行一一罗列,希望可以对鉴定工作有一定的参考作用。At the end of the Thirteenth Five-year period,the state demanded that the key content of poverty eradication is the elimination of dangerous houses in rural areas.The number and situation of dangerous houses in stock are counted mainly through the screening of third party appraisal units,and the dangerous houses are reconstructed according to the actual conditions of various cities.This article mainly expounds the main work flow and appraisal basis of the critical room appraisal,and lists the possible situations in the appraisal work,hoping to have a certain role in the appraisal work.
