摘　　要：分析了山西省公共建筑用能特点多样性,阐述了公共建筑能耗监测技术标准编制的主要内容和基本框架,提出在标准编制过程中的独特观点,以期达到山西省公共建筑能耗监测系统建设的便捷化、统一化和智能化。This paper analyzes the diversity of energy characteristics of public buildings in Shanxi Province,expounds the main contents and basic framework of technical standard for metering system of public building energy consumption,and puts forward their own unique views,in order to achieve the agility,unification and intelligentization of the system design.
