乙醚与辛醇协同萃取巯基乙酸合成巯基酯的试验研究

摘　　要：使用乙醚与异辛醇作混合萃取剂代替乙醚,协同萃取硫氨酯尾液中巯基乙酸,并进一步酯化提纯获得巯基乙酸异辛酯。这种方法可以减少合成工艺中副反应的产生,降低产品成本低,产品含量可达到99.5%以上。Ethyl ether and isooctanol were used as extractant to replace ethyl ether,It can take thioglycolic acid from the relic of thionocarbamate by synergistic extraction,then get iso-octyl thioglycolate after esterification and distillation.The method can reduce the occurrence of side reactions in synthetic process and lower product cost.Quality of product is above 99.5%.
