摘 要:针对CRTSⅠ型板式轨道超出扣件系统调整范围的基础沉降,提出快速、有效的轨道板注浆抬升修复方案。采用有限元法分析轨道板顶升过程中轨道结构受力特性,研究不同抬升位置和抬升高度对结构安全的影响,并提出合理的抬升方案。研究结果表明:轨道板抬升过程中,底座板受力较小,伸缩缝对其受力无明显影响;钢轨对轨道板受力影响较大,在不拆除扣件系统的条件下直接在轨道板板中单点抬升轨道板,其上表面有开裂的风险。因此,在抬板注浆过程中,为减小轨道板受力,注浆前宜拆除扣件系统;若保留扣件系统,宜采用相邻双板端部同步抬升轨道板或单板1号和4号抬升孔同步抬升轨道板的施工方案。Aiming at the settlement of CRTSⅠslab track beyond the adjustment range of fastener system,rapid and effective lifting plans of grouting for the track slab were proposed.Stress characteristic of track structure during the lifting process was analyzed using finite element method.Effects of different lifting positions and heights on structural safety were studied,and sensible lifting plans were proposed.Results show that during the lifting process of the track slab,base layer has less stress,and the influence of the expansion joint is not significant.Rail has great impact on the stress of the track slab.If the track slab is directly lift up at a single point at the middle of the track without removing the fastener system,the upper surface is under the risk of cracking.Therefore,in order to reduce the stress of the track slab,the fastener system should be removed during the lifting process of grouting.If fastener system is remained,construction plans of lifting two adjacent slabs at the ends synchronously or lifting single slab at both Point 1 and Point 4 synchronously should be adopted.
