摘　　要：针对我国社区社会工作督导的研究空白,通过社会调研有针对性地了解社区社会工作督导的需求情况,提出建立社区社会工作督导机制的策略和措施,以进一步提高督导的专业化水平,提升社区工作者自身职业素养,促进社区工作健康有序发展,真正实现政府治理和社会调节、居民自治良性互动。In view of the present research blank of community social work in China,this paper aims to understand the needs of the community social supervision by means of social investigation and put forward the strategies and measures of establishing a supervision mechanism of community social work.Thus,we can further improve the professional level of supervision,promote the professional quality of community social workers and enhance the healthy and orderly development of community work so as to truly fulfill the good interaction of government governance,social adjustment and residents’autonomy.
