摘 要:匝间的短路故障是发电设备里转子常见故障,提前预测故障问题可以防止事故范围扩大,对机组运作监测十分关键,并且可以保护发电机设备和工作人员的安全。因此,本文针对这种故障展开相关研究,首先对故障发生原理进行分析;其次讨论解决检测转子中匝间出现短路问题时所运用的方式;最后对未来人工智能检测方法进行探讨。希望能够对维护机组的稳定运作研究做出应有贡献。The short-circuit fault in the daytime is a common fault of the rotor in the power generation equipment.Predicting the fault problem in advance can prevent the scope of the accident from expanding,is critical to the operation of the unit,and can protect the safety of the generator equipment and the staff.Therefore,in this paper,the related research on this kind of fault is carried out,firstly,the principle of fault occurrence is analyzed.Secondly,the method used to detect the short circuit between turns in the rotor is discussed.Finally,the future artificial intelligence detection method is discussed.I hope to make a due contribution to the study of the stable operation of the maintenance unit.
