摘 要:随着社会经济的不断发展,机械加工技术不断提升,人们对节能降噪的关注程度也在不断的提高。进入二十一世纪,可持续发展战略成为时代主题,特别是大型机械制造业,生产过程中会耗费大量的资源,对环境带来污染,可以说机械制造粗放型的生产方式对地球造成了前所未有的破坏,显然不符合可持续发展的要求。以机械加工系统为主要的研究对象,从噪音污染方面着手,探讨机械加工系统节能降噪型综合任务分配模型及具体应用方法。With the continuous development of the social economy,the machining technology has been continuously improved,and people’s attention to energy conservation and noise reduction has been continuously improved.Since the beginning of the 21st century,the sustainable development strategy has become the theme of the times,especially in the large-scale machinery manufacturing industry.The production process will consume a lot of resources and bring pollution to the environment.It can be said that the extensive production mode of machinery manufacturing has caused unprecedented impact on the earth.The destruction is clearly not in line with the requirements of sustainable development.In this paper,the mechanical processing system is the main research object,starting from the noise pollution,discussing the energy-saving and noise-reducing comprehensive task assignment model and specific application methods of the machining system.
